• Operation Director of a major architectural company, Architecture Oceania, designed and implemented management, Quality Assurance, Financial models, IT Systems and Project Delivery Systems for a company of 35 to 85 people.
  • Carried out Business Plans for architectural Companies, including Architecture Oceania, Rice Daubney, Tony Masters Design, with a team to directed towards developing the future directions of each Company, both in Australia and Internationally.
  • Worked with the Asian Development Bank Team, for the Indonesian Government to Plan and investigate the financial viability of aid projects.
  • Co-ordinated large international, cross cultural teams of multi disciplined consultants from Germany, the USA, Asia and Japan.
  • As a Senior Design Architect, design managed large, complex sports facilities, together with retail and hotel projects up to $365 million, from Design through to construction, with teams ranging from 15 to 45 people.
  • Design managed 40 artists for major public art projects associated with retail and residential projects.
  • Worked on the Olympic stadium and multi use arena submissions for the Sydney Olympics, together with the Press and Hospitality centres.
  • Managed my own practice for the last 10 years with a staff of up to 8 people.
  • Worked with teams in the Australian Institute of Architects to develop Archicentres over Australia and a Quality Assurance System.
  • Travelled internationally to assess computer systems for companies, assisting with the introduction of computers into Architecture Oceania, Cox Richardson, Kumpulan Perunding, Malaysia.
